As you know that with the inspiration and blessings of Shri Ramesh Baba Ji Maharaaj of Maan Mandir, Barsana, the 'Bring Yamuna River Back to Braj-Vrindavan-Gokul-Mathura CAMPAIGN' is growing by leaps and bounds, we would like to share some of the action items as a part of our strategy to handle this issue:

Europe GBC passed a resolution in support of Bring Yamuna Back to Braj Campaign

Europe GBC passed a resolution in support of Bring Yamuna Back to Braj Campaign and instructed all ISKCON temples in Europe to follow the resolution. Take a look at the minutes of the GBC meeting.

Save Yamuna Campaign At Iskcon Baltimore Ratha Yatra 2012

Every year Baltimore ISKCON organizes Ratha Yatra in down-town Baltimore, Maryland, USA. This year the yatra had a different attraction. They dedicated the yatra festival Bring Yamuna Back To Braj campaign. President of the Baltimore ISKCON temple was very supportive and help us in all ways he could. At this occasion, Annuttama Prabhu, head of communication ministry of ISKCON, introduced shri Brajraj Sharan visiting from Barsana, to the attendees of the yatra. Shri Brajraj ji was invited to the stage and requested to brief the audience on the Bring Yamuna Back To Braj.

Save Yamuna Boat Yatra 2012

Under the guidance and inspiration of Shri Radha Maan Bihari Lal of Shri Maan Mandir, a Yamuna Boat Yatra was started on May 21, 2012 from Gokul Vrindavan to Haathi Ghat in Agra to spread awareness about Bring Yamuna Back to Braj campaign and to draw attention of the masses living along the path of Yamuna river. The Boad Yatra was led by saints of Maan Mandir, Barsana, Vrindavan, and Gokul. They were accompanied by saint Shri Jai Kishan Das, President of Bhartiya Kishan Union (Bhanu), thakur Bhanu Pratap Singh.

Gujarat Gaurav Sena Pledged for Supporting Save Yamuna Campaign

Recently a group of Gujarat Gaurav Sena was on Vrindavan visit. Their they learned that there had been Akhanda Keertan is going on at Keshi Ghat to Save Yamuna. After they were briefed about Save Yamuna Campaign, they immediately decided to visit Maan Mandir to have Darshan of Shri Baba Maharaj. During their meeting with Shri Baba Ji Maharaj, not only they learned about the Yamuna campaign but also about all other projects such as Mataji Goshala, Forestation of Braj Mountains through seed technology, Bhagwan Naam Prachar etc.

Rajya Sabha Member Babu Darshan Singh Visits Maan Mandir to Meet Shri Baba Maharaj on Yamuna Issue

Shri Darshan Singh Ji, who has been supporting Cow shelter program and Save Yamuna campaign for a long time, visited Shri Maan Mandir Seva Sansthan to meet Shri Ramesh Baba Ji Maharaj. He offered prayer to Shri Radha Maan Bihari Lal and welcomed Shri Baba Maharaj by offering garlands. Darshan Singh was welcomed by local brajwasis from many villages, national president of Bhartiya Kishan Union (Bhanu) along with district presidents and representatives of the Union. 

Save Yamuna Message at Iskcon Kirtan Mela at Mayapur 2012

During successful Mayapur visit of Shri Brajraj Sharan Ji to spread Bring Yamuna Back to Yamuna campaign, he was invited to perform Kirtan at their annual Kirtan Mela festival. Iskcon management was very supportive of the cause. They arranged for the Save Yamuna banners and displayed them at the Kirtan location so that it can catch the eyes of participants and can be captured by electronic devices deployed to record the events.

Brajwasis In Search of Shri Yamuna To Observe Yamuna Jayanti (Appearance Day)

First time in the history of Braj...

Yes... because there is not even a single drop of Yamuna River in Braj-Vrindavan-Gokul-Mathura, Brajwasis are visiting Hathani Kund in Haryana to have real sight (Darshan) of Shri Yamuna Maharaani (Holy River of India). They are hurt, confused and disturbed by the fact that there is NO Yamuna river in Braj. More than 80 million people and more than 5000 temples of Braj are getting sewage water in Braj-Vrindavan in the name of Yamuna River.

Naam Sankeertan in Sarajevo, Bosnia ISKCON Dedicated to Shri Yamuna Ji Cause

Sarajevo, Bosnia ISKCON has organized and dedicated the last weekend's sankirtan in support of Yamuna Ji campaign. They prayed Shri Yamuna Maharani to come back to Braj as soon as possible. Below is the recording of the sankirtan.
